Manager Season Offline

It is not allowing me to customize the head portion of my manager in the Manager mode. It seems like input is disabled for that portion of the menu. It still allows me to edit my name as well as the clothes. I've tried using mouse/keyboard and xbox controller as inputs and neither work.
