Manual movement during throw-ins is causing lag

It's probably not surprising that new problems come with updates. This time, during my team's throw-in, terrible lags start, after which I can't manage my team for another about 10-15 seconds . Moreo...

  • Any specific players you’re using when this happens: anyone
  • Which platform you’re on:pc
  • Your username: ttvdisc0caine
  • Your connection type and ISP: cable and bezeq israel
  • The formation you’re using any formation 
  • What exactly happens before the issue occurs manual player control on throwins, game is laggy 
  • Does it happen after you change your squad or any players? with anyplayer
  • Any other information that you belive are related the game is slower after it happens and i lost alot of games
