Matchmaking.

Past week or so I've barely played anyone in the UK.

I'm on pc with xplay on and I'm constantly matched against French, German, Norwegian, Polish.

Gameplay even tho MY MS states 20 this really isn't the case in game every game feels completely out of sync and my opponants zipping it around freely.

Im on virgin media 1gb, tried several router reboots.. still matching far EU players none stop.
