In the Item Pick screen in Ultimate team, the controls went non-responsive. I neither can chose anything, open packages or leave to the main menu. The only thing that works is the home button, which opens the Switch home screen. There I restarted the game, disconnected my web, and tried again, several times.Everything else in FC25 works just fine, but when I open Ultimate Team I end up on the Item pick screen again with frozen controls.The help suggestions (restart, disconnect) I so far found either don't work or are not possible to do on a Switch device.

No, still no solution. Anyone else? The EA support doesn’t help either, just a “thanks for your request” and a follow-up survey on how good their customer support is “. Spoiler alert: it is no good at all! And why follow up an unresolved issue you haven’t offered ANY help or advice for!

I’m not sure what the resolution is but my son’s one has come back online and he can play it again now. I didn’t get any support from anyone at EA.

Having same issue at the moment. Can’t work out how to lodge a ticket using switch or anything else. Pretty disappointing. Thinking about uninstalling and re downloading the software and hoping that helps
