missing content: TOTY BALE SBC,

I completed the toty bale sbc and never received the player, as I submitted the final squad I was kicked out of ultimate team. I log back in the 23 out of 23 squads are completed and I cannot go back into the sbc and the individual squads. I never received the item. Maybe a bug on EA end, saying that the squad is complete but it’s not actually but I cannot access it further. Essentially I completed bale and never received the card. I have never had this issue or seen this specific issue before

    I have the same issue - didn't sell it (checked of course the quick sell list). Hopefully they fix it..

    Same here but I had my Iker Casillas loan taken away and the SBC got undone

    Nothing at all! They updated the game, PSN servers went down, everything happened except us getting our rewards or even a reply. This company sucks. Let me know if they give you a reply btw

    Does anyone have news regarding this incident? I have tried everything possible but did not get any reward... Unfortunately I also did not receive any reply from a community manager :(

    The only "positive" thing, if you can say it like that, is that we are not alone with this Issue. However this accident happened 5 days ago and the only thing different since is that the support changed my case to "solved" which is just unbelievable since nothing happened at all...

    I really hope that this will/can be fixed, in which way whatsoever

    Exactly, frustration is the word. I'm playing fifa since 2008 and started to put real money on it since 2017 and now I just don't get my rewards after spending 2M coins in a SBC. The support doesn't even know what a SBC is. One guy even said that the reward for the hole SBC would be a Loan version for 5 matches. Ridiculous! Please do something EA! I need my player!

    I have the exact same Problem, contacted the support several time and they could not help at all, this is really unacceptable since I am a customer for over 12 years who is investing real money on a regular basis , please help I am very frustraded!

    I have the same problem, but the support doesn't do anything to help me. I completed the SBC 7 days ago and I'm still waiting for my reward. Common EA, do something  for your players! We pay your bills! The stock price is already going down! I NEED MY BALE ICON TOTY AND NO, I DID NOT QUICK SELL HIM ACCIDENTALLY! The player is not in my club, simple as that!
