Missing Fc points

please contact EA Support, so that they can check what might've happened with those Points. We don't have access to account information here in the forum and therefore can't really help you with this here. 

Hello! I bought tonight FC Points from the mobile app and in revolut it told me my money are gone but i don't see the points the game. I never had this issue regarding buying fc points.

I need help, On March 26, 2025. I made a purchase of 3 FC Points items and the purchase was via steam wallet, and my steam wallet history has successfully made the payment. when entering the FC 25 game, the amount I bought did not enter at all, until now.

For the purchase consists of:
1) Purchased: Mar 26 @ 11:11pm. EA SPORTS FC™ 25 - FC Points 500 - Rp 77,000,
2) Purchased: Mar 26 @ 11:12pm. EA SPORTS FC™ 25 - FC Points 100 - Rp 16,000,
3) Purchased: Mar 26 @ 11:13pm. EA SPORTS FC™ 25 - FC Points 100 - Rp 16,000

I have the same problem. I bought FC Points through Steam and asked EA for help because they weren't showing up. I sent screenshots and all the information, but it's been 5 days and no one has answered. They just send me emails telling me what they think of the service. This seems like a joke. The few of us who spend money on the game don't even get decent support.
