Missing Fc points

So my friend bought me fc points off of amazon and it was an Xbox code but when I redeemed it on the ea.com I didn’t get the points it was 2,800 of them someone please help

    Hello @junior80929,

    it can take 24 hours for points to turn up in-game. 

    However, please make sure the points were for FC 25 and not FC 24.

    If the points still don't turn up after the 24 hours, please contact the Amazon support, as you bought the points from there. We cannot help with third-party purchases.

    @EA_Pythia Please help me I have bought 3000 fifa points at about half 5 uk time and they were there and I went to buy a pack and they dissapeared but I didn’t get the pack please help
