missing my 87+ x15 pack

I claimed my 87+x15  pack from the last seasons level 40 season pass and planned to save it for the prem TOTS but it is not in my store. live chat said to post here. Please help.

    I’m having the same problem on PlayStation. Had some really good packs including the 87x10 and some have gone missing while saving for tots
