Missing players 90+×6

Hello everyone 

Because of the lack of rewards from playing squad battles, I was in the unfortunate situation where I almost always have to choose packs over players in the season ladder. Tonight, I opened almost all of my remaining season packs, including a 90+×6 pack, on the companion app. 

The 90+×6 pack must have some sort of an error, because I didn't receive the players that I packed into my club.

As I am sure you understand, I do not remember the non promo players I got, that's all I focus on is special cards. I also don't have video proof, because I had no reason to be recording as I didn't expect this to happen. 

I have always done the same, proper procedures to send players to my club and have never had an issue. 

When I opened the aforementioned pack, I packed 90 Kane, 90 KdB (duplicate) , 95 Vangsgaard, 95 Summanen, 96 Pajor, 97 Emegha. With the exception of the duplicate (it's unlikely but I am not sure), I didn't receive any of the players, even though I am positive that I looked at their player bios, and pushed send to club. I didn't notice until I opened another season pack and got Summanen again but not as a duplicate. 

As I am sure you can imagine, this is quite disappointing to say the least. I was excited to get on the game and try these new players, only for them to never show up. I believe that pack in particular is the problem because I recall packing 96 Doorsoun and 96 Hemp in other packs, and I have both of them. 

I really hope something can be done about this, I feel robbed in a way. Also, please look into this matter, so that it doesn't happen again to anyone else.
