Missing Pre-Season Rewards - FC 24 objectives for FC 25 packs

Do you guys know what time we getting the fc24 obj packs? (UTC+3)

    @everyone

    October 17th edit.

    While there were some initial delays, we can confirm now that all rewards have been successfully granted to all eligible players.

    Please note that rewards are tied to platform family so if you switched platform, these rewards may not be available in-game.

  • Summary of Issue: missing rewards from pre season objectives(despite all being completed in FC24) received just two
  • Missing rewards:
    - 84+ X5 Players Pack Reached level 30 on the Season 9 ladder.
    - 82+ X10 Players Pack Completed “For The Club II” objectives.
    - Base Icon Loan Player Pick: Completed “For The Club II” objectives.
    (Received only 81+ X7 Players Pack and 80+ X10 and Hero Loan Player Pick)
  • Level of your pre-season reward: level 30 on the season ladder 9 and completed all other objectives to be eligible for this reward
