Do you guys know what time we getting the fc24 obj packs? (UTC+3)

October 17th edit.
While there were some initial delays, we can confirm now that all rewards have been successfully granted to all eligible players.
Please note that rewards are tied to platform family so if you switched platform, these rewards may not be available in-game.

So, some carry over rewards are still missing such as the 84 x5, Base Icon loan and the 82 x10, is there a problem currently or EA forgot to add this?
Why don't I have my 84+times 5 from level 30 of fc24?
I finished all the objectives that give you packs for fc25 on fc24, and I didn’t receive all of them I only got 2 packs that’s it
Level 30 is an 84+ x 3.
in fc 25 i didnt get all my pre season rewards and i did all of them in fc 24
whilst playing fc 24, i completed all objectives, sbc’s, evolutions and finished the season progress so why have i only received the 80* 10?
How can it be that from all the rewards from fc 24 i get the wrong one?
Yesterday i opened fifa and i see we got rewards.
Now i only got the reqards for getting level 30.
While i didnt even reach that one.
All the others i didn't get. Can you do it right for once?
to get them do i have to log on the console or it's enough on webapp and companion? i played the ten hours on ps but are finished now
