Missing season rewards

I forgot to claim season 6 rewards. But it should be auto claimed as advised by EA through the live chat. Did anyone face the issue?

The investigation is still ongoing. EA advised that they will update through email, or if the issued get to resolve, I will receive the rewards in the game. Having said that, there was no specific timeline for this. So I will just have to wait.
