Missing season rewards

I forgot to claim season 6 rewards. But it should be auto claimed as advised by EA through the live chat. Did anyone face the issue?&nbsp;

The investigation is still ongoing. EA advised that they will update through email, or if the issued get to resolve, I will receive the rewards in the game. Having said that, there was no specific timeline for this. So I will just have to wait.&nbsp;
