Moving the GK and Quick Subs bugged

I'm on Xbox Series X.

Pressing in the right stick to move the keeper doesn't work.  I've tried this in multiple game modes. Also, pressing the right trigger for quick subs when the graphic pops up doesn't register.

I took a screen recording of this with input overlay on. It shows me doing the correct thing, but the game doesn't register it.

I've attached the screen recoding I mentioned.

Any tips or solutions?
