My card is gone

Hello EA Support,

I purchased a Smith card from the transfer market in FC 25 on PlayStation. I used her in multiple matches, and she was a key part of my squad.

After taking a break from the game for four days, I logged back in and found that the card had disappeared completely from both my squad and club.

I did not sell her, quick sell her, or submit her into any SBC.

I have attached a screenshot as proof that I owned the Smith card and used her.
