My ea account was stolen

When I try to log in to Fc25, another account appears and it does not belong to me, I think my account was stolen. No one responded even though I sent an e-mail.

Hi there. You should open a case with an advisor and use the option for chat. That is the fastest way to reach support. Cases can be opened by following the instructions here.
