My evolution players disappeared
Hi after the last update, my players in my evolution area are all disappeared and I can't claim the players that i already completed their challenges. Can you help me please

I can't recall them all, but I'm 100% sure some of them were not expired
Ok, which one you are 100% sure? Can you please share name of evolution?
Can't recall the names actually but when that happened there were still days left before they expired
Just now I tried gladiator evolution, there is still one day to get it and several days to expire , and immediately after choosing the evolution player , the player didn't show up in progress evolution area.
Did you start the evolution or just used preview the evolution? Can you please attach screenshots or video clips which will show My Evolutions section and your Gladiator evolution?
I'm definitely sure that I started the evolution. I attached some screenshots of the players that there're still in progress and not appearing in my evolution area. I took a video but it's too big to be uploaded for another evolution ,named Hawk evolution. I started it today , but it's still not showing my in progress evolution player at all.
