my fc points are missing

My FC points were not deposited into my account but the bank withdrew the money from my account. I bought 5900 FC points from the mobile application but it has not been transferred to my account for 1 hour. Is this because I live in Türkiye?

    Thanks for checking your transaction history in the client, restarting your game to resync things, and giving it 24 hours to come through. 

    The next step is to connect with the support team directly! I shared this advice below, but it's important to keep this in mind, so I'll pop it here again. Please have this information ready when you chat with the support team for help with this:

    If you still can’t find your missing FC Points after 24 hours, we’re going to need some information from you to help investigate. We’ll need:

    • your proof of purchase
    • your persona name (EA ID, PlayStation™Network Online ID, Xbox Live gamertag) where you’re missing your EAS FC Points
    • your console or platform (PlayStation®, the EA app, Steam, Xbox, Nintendo Switch™)
    • the time, date, and time zone you bought the FC Points
    • the number of FC Points you’re missing
    • if you bought a code for FC Points, send us the code
    • any other details about your issue.

    Hi melkor6711​,

    Thansk for reacing out. I get why it can feel like something's up if the payment went through, but the points haven't appeared yet. Sometimes, there can be a short delay with content appearing. Usually, giving it 24 hours can help it come through. 

    Our EA Help guide also recommends trying these steps:

    1. Confirm your purchase went through by checking your transaction history on the platform you made the purchase on.
    2. Restart your game, then check for your FC Points.

    If the points still haven't arrived after giving these steps a go, and allowing for 24hrs to pass, it's best to check in with EA Support so they can investigate further. You can reach them through the EA Help side. Click this link to start a help case.  

    It helps to have the following ready when you get in touch:

    I did everything you said, 24 hours passed but I didn't receive FC Points in my account. Money was withdrawn from my bank account but there are no FC Points in my EA account, please help. I send an e-mail but you don't care. I want my 5900 FC Points. My EA account is melkor6711, Steam - PC
