My game is super zoomed in for no reason

Whenever I go past my load save screen, there's a bunch of flashing colors. I've updated my drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled my game, and it still won't work. What else should I do? My exact problem

It's funny because I've never had this issue with other FIFAs or FCs so why has it changed.
