My game keeps crashing in game

Can someone please assist, my game keep crashing when trying to load into any game mode

The game was working fine yesterday on my PC, since this morning nothing

I have done a clean boot uninstalled and reinstall

All my drivers are up to date and Windows is also up to date

I am at my absolute wits end with this game. My PC is well above the minimum requirements, I play quite  few games that are a lot more graphic intensive than EA FC yet it is the only game that causes my entire PC to crash.

I have followed all the steps on the thread posted by your team and yet my game crashes either in game (All game modes) or if I leave my controller unattended in the menu for longer than a minute.

It has resulted in me not being able to finish Evos that I had spent money on which is ridiculous. I cant even play the game that I spent money on.

Some days I can play 5-10 games in a row without a single crash, but some days I cant even get more than 5 minutes into a game without my entire PC crashing. 

Last weekend I tried 6 times in a row and it crashed in the first half every single time back to back.

Who can I speak to about this issue because I would like to escalate it

Is anybody facing same issue with crashing in game? During match game stuck for a second like cut out Internet and then catch up. This make this game unplayable.

I keep getting this every time my game crashes in Event Viewer :
