My in-game add-ons don't work even though it shows I have them on the EA app

When I check the add-ons in the EA Games app, it shows that I have add-ons in the game, but when I actually start the game, it says I need to download the add-ons. I've tried restarting the disc or entering the code from the game purchase, but it says it's been redeemed. I have two add-ons and can't uninstall them.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Two days ago, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. Could this be the reason the add-ons aren't working? Or is there something else? What should I do?😭
