My Season Pass level back to 0 in season 6

I have already reached level 36 in Season 6 and claimed all the rewards. But after I logged into the game again, my level reset to 0. How can I get my level back?

Could you please provide the information I requested earlier? Additionally, could you confirm your platform, username, and season pass level prior to the issue occurring?

I have this same issue.
Platform: PS5

Level: I was a few SP shy of level 35.

Is there any update for this? The season is almost over and we are missing out on valuable rewards as TOTS comes out. Please let us know what is being done about this issue.
