Hi,
I have logged into my game this morning, evening, and tonight, and have noticed that all my players who are tradable or I have purchased players have all disappeared...
Rather annoying, as this has never happened before and looking online, is more common that it should be.
Please could I have advised on how to get these back, as I have used FC Points and and gained UT coins that I have earned and used.

Have you had any reply or any update as the same has happened to my i am currently speaking with an ea advisor
I had to go through my case file, resume cas file and chat to an agent that way.... They said i had suspicious activity on my account, so reset all my details... They have sent my case off to be investiagted and now I am waiting... Hope this is any help???? Its so frustrating, as I've never had this happen ever over the years? and different games
