My wins don’t count

I am playing Ultimate Gauntlet in EA FC 26 and I have won multiple matches, but the wins are not counting and I am not receiving any rewards.

This has now happened several times in a row.

Platform: ps5

Mode: Ultimate Team – Ultimate Gauntlet 14

Please help or investigate this issue.

I have the same issue, i have won 5 times in a row and it doesnt count, im stuck at the progress i am on right now.
