Hello Darko,
Thank you for getting back to me. Please see attached the ban and my purchases.
Is using Steam to purchase FC points against EA policy and rules?
I purchase the UT edition of EA FC 25 through Steam and anytime I want to buy FC points in the game it takes me to steam to complete the purchase.
I have also submitted a case to hopefully resolve this matter.
