In order to help the investigation, could you please give us some additional information:
- Platform:
- Error message:
- Game mode:
- What stadium are you using:
- Did you add a special player in your active squad recently? If yes, which player (Name, OVR, and name of promo)
Lastly, here is a list of steps you can follow that could help you:
- Delete some saves with the How to delete corrupt files in EA SPORTS FC™ article
- Delete your active squad and create a new squad
- Remove any special item you added to your squad recently
- Change active Stadium
