[Need more info] Game crashing when entering matches

the game keeps crashing after uninstalling and installing again. Is there anything else i can do?

plz find a solution i am unable to play any game because of this

also i deleted the game and reinstalled it and nothing again

I keep having the problem to where my ea client drops my internet while I’m on Fc25 so any game that I’m in just logs my ea client offline and sends me back to the menu and makes me reconnect to ea servers. Which when I load back in it’s always DNF, cost me rank 2 last weekend in fut champs, can’t complete daily play anymore. I’ve tried all the troubleshoot info I could find. No other game or launch client has this problem. So what is even going on? 

So here we are again, it was just fine for the entire last week and since yesterday it’s magically back.

I can’t play any squad battles game again, I can’t get in higher divisions because I always get instant disconnected when the enemy has this stupid stadium and I get the DNF, it’s like a punch in the face. 

people buy „wrong names“ packs on purpose to get easy Icon compensations while others can’t get the full rewards and yet don’t get anything in return, that’s just simple unfair 

As EA themselves have proven to be completely useless in getting this issue addressed/fixed, please follow the below steps (which I found in a Reddit forum credit to u/Ok-Hovercraft-3878) that has fixed the same issue in my PS5 due to the FUT ultimate stadium. 

 "On PS I believe the solution is simple just go to settings from the main screen before entering UT go to profile and delete. Delete everything except your saved settings. Close the game and relaunch it. If that doesn't work delete the game and clear the cache then reinstall it."

PS: Make sure to clear the PS5 cache (google it if you haven't done it before) before reinstalling the game

the issue that we are facing i guess its mainly when you open a match it goes to blank and suddenly it closes without giving any errors, we have done everything regarding this bug // changed the team // changed the stadium deleted the old profile made a new one deleted even the game and downloaded it again, yet its still not working.

Even went on youtube for a solution its not fixable from our end it needs to be fixed from your end, we need an assistance asap regarding this because i have paid money for EVO and i will lose it because of this!

Same problem here. It's crashing only on FUT Stadium, any types of match (SB, Rivals, Friendlies). Tried to delete settings and no good.

It's happening to me since saturday.

Worked for me. But the whole process. Uninstall, clear and re-install.

Still nothing new, still no answer, still the same problem, what’s the deal? Problem not fixable? Game done? 
what’s up, give us any input, still getting dc‘ed whenever I play in this stadium. Did everything you wrote and suggested already, nothing workedEA_Aljo
