New Season Wiped Champions Progression - UX Bug
Hello,
I wanted to report a UX bug with the Champions qualifications. Currently in the UI when you are qualifying for Champions Finals it tells you when the Finals begin, but not when the qualification expires. I had qualified for finals the day before the new season started and it said that finals championship began 1 day and 12 hours later so I figured I would play the last game of the qualification run to get better rewards.
The new season began the next day at Noon local time, so when I went on at 10 PM I went into Champions only to find that my progress had been reset and I no longer had qualified for the weekend league and I didn't have any rewards for my 2 wins.
There was no UI indicating that my progress would be reset at the end of the season and that reset flow is not very player friendly. I would expect that
1). The UI would say when my progress was going to be reset
2.) When the season ended if I had qualified it would end my run automatically and give me the reward that I had earned
3.) That I would keep my already earned qualification into Champions Finals for use at a later date.
I'm happy to provide more details and would love it if I could be retroactively given the rewards that I earned and my qualification without having to do another qualification.
