Nintendo switch FC25 closing due to software error

During squad battles particularly after scoring. The game crashes due to software error

I have done all the relevant measures, check corrupted files, re-downloaded, clear cache etc.  

I know this bug been reported numerous times but makes a mockery of the rewards because you always going to have a few 0-3. You start to think what’s the point. I have noticed for the featured games when it crashes it just records 0-0 and lets you go again.  This crashing is not a problem of the users creating but the software.  
What advice is there to resolve this or could a workaround similar to featured games be applied.

    Wow, what a very attentive customer service experience here—maybe next year you might get an answer if you’re lucky!

    Users on switch experience this multiple times a week. Deleting and redownloading various times a week in the hopes of the game not disconnecting for no reason. I also hardwired my switch via LAN adapter so it’s not my connection. Something is wrong with your game on Switch. 

    You can tell just how much EA cares to fix issues that affect their player base—how lucky are we?! Kudos to the EA team on the response!
