I’m getting the same error..
On PS5, wired connection.. Did try to restart it both console and the router.. didn’t work.. Got this message just right now.. was working fine before..
Another thing to notice that I got this different error which said I can’t download content please try again.. and I press X to advance and the game crashes

When are you getting these errors? Also, let's make sure you're restarting correctly. Please follow these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again

Still not working.
I also tried changing the DNS.
Even the console resets.(not only restarts)
In the fc25 companion app on my phone works but it doesn’t work in my ps5

When are you getting this error?
Have you tried deleting corrupt files with these instructions?It might also help to delete the personal saved data. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate FC 25 and delete the saved data.
