No Pack Luck
Dear EA Customer Support,
I am writing to express my frustration with my pack luck in your game. It seems like all the YouTubers who play your game have great pack luck, while mine is consistently bad. I have done a lot of Heroes and Icons, but I haven't received a single dub. It doesn't seem fair that some players consistently get good pulls while others, like me, are left with nothing.
I am hoping you can explain to me why this is the case and what I can do to improve my chances of getting better pulls. It's frustrating to feel like I'm not getting the same opportunities as other players, and I'm hoping you can help me understand why this is happening.

"Pack luck" doesn't exist. I'm sorry that you feel like you don't have the same opportunities as others, but you do. Everyone pulls from the exact same pool with the exact same odds as everyone else.
