1 year agoHey @Sawyer_teamc Thank you for reporting this issue. I will investigate it further. Please follow the steps outlined below and inform us of the outcome.
1. Delete UT Squad Update:
- Log out from Ultimate Team;
- From the main menu, go to Settings > Profile > Delete;
- Choose and remove UT Squads Update;
- Close the game and reopen it;
- Launch Ultimate Team and wait for the squads' update to be completed.
2. Clear the cache of your platform:
- From EA app, follow these steps and repair the game.
- From Steam, verify the integrity of the files (Link).
- From consoles, just turn it off, unplug the cord, and wait 1 minute. Plug it back.
3. Delete and reinstall the game:
- Remove/Delete the game from your Library.
- Restart your platform.
- Install the game on your PC/Console.

Really appreciate the reply and suggestions.
Unfortunately none of this worked and I still have the problem.
