Not buying fp - Help

Hello, although there is no problem with my credit card, I cannot buy fp and it gives an error. The error is in the attachment. I tried many credit cards but it did not work. My account's 3-4 day transfer lock was completely opened this evening. I cannot buy fp in any way, urgent help.
