Not connecting to the game and unable to gain xp

After I finish a pro clubs game if that’s league, drop in or rush I get put to a screen which shows that it can’t connect to servers and kicks me to main menu. And when I go back into the game I didn’t gain xp which means I’m just wasting time playing a game to gain nothing from it you need to sort it out cause I want my xp when I play
