Ongoing lag issues making game unplayable

Dear EA support,

I’m writing to express my frustration with the constant lag I’ve been experiencing every match. The game play has become nearly unplayable due to severe delays, stuttering, and connection drops, regardless of time or game mode. 

This has been happening consistently, and it’s affecting the overall experience and performance. 
I’ve checked my internet connection, made sure my system meets all requirements, and even tried multiple troubleshooting steps - yet the lag persists.

As a paying customer, i expect a smoother and more reliable experience. please look into the issue urgently and provide a fix or atleast an update on what is being done to resolve this issue. 

I was playing fut champions and this issue came to play severely worst than other game modes. If possible I would like compensation for this as fut champs is a game mode I really enjoy and It has put me off playing it as it is unplayable
