Online friendly mode request accepter bad ping

I am based in the EU (Poland), when I try to play with my friends in the USA, we observe an interesting connection issue.

The person sending the game requests ends up with a perfect connection, but the request will see the yellow/red ping images during game play. This issue has been consistently reproduced, no matter who sends request, the acceptor gets a bad ping.

We all have great internet, this is linked with EA.

I play shooters with friends from Bulgaria, Netherlands, Canada, US all in the same server. Ping is around 100 for some of them, but gameplay is fine. EA have just bloated their game to ruin.
