Hi everyone. I am a ps4 user but I can't access online servers in the FC 25 game. It's asking me to reset my password but it's not working. I got this PS4 from my friend. Does that have anything to do with it and how will it work?

Hi! The account was my friend's account. I changed the e-mail address. I do not experience such a problem while playing Call of Duty Black Ops3. Do I need to have my own account to avoid this problem?
