Opponents disconnecting champs matches, match under review

Hi guys, I have a very unfortunate but urgent issue regarding FC25 Champions League. I’m currently div1, 5-2 in champs this weekend. I just had 3 straight champs matches where I was disconnected after taking the lead late in the game, the message on screen was, “match under review”. I know you guys know how hard it is to win these games, it seems high ranking players have found a loop hole, a way to never lose. I’m devastated, it’s 3am, I’m just trying to play my 15 matches, should be 8-2 possibly. This hurts, can anyone relate? It doesn’t happen with lower ranking players obvs, these guys are hardcore d1 maybe elite players. PLEASE tell me this is something that’s being addressed at least.
