PC Stuttering and Input delay

Hello guys,

since like 2-3 months me and a lot of people have performance issues and input delay. The gameplay feels really delayed and a lot of people on other platforms talk about that problem too. I tried a lot of things but nothing seems to work. 

I have a rx 5700xt and a ryzen 5 3600.

The last fifa worked really good but this time its almost unplayable after 4 months since release.
