We can go through some connection troubleshooting. I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Make sure you have played several matches over a wired connection before running this test. Thank you.

Thank you. That's not bad, but it will experience issues. Can you switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away? I realized you tried a wire, but when switching, you need to make sure a full power cycle of your network equipment and console/PC needs to be done.

Hey, as you mentioned that I already tried wire but it didn't work out.
