1 year agoIf you are still having the same issue when using a wire and have fully power cycled your network equipment and system, please contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues. You also should go through the connection troubleshooting here.

I have no problem with the ISP. We already made all the checks. It seems that the issue is coming from the EA servers.

Can you run the Connection Quality Report again? As before, if you are on a wireless connection, disconnects and lag are going to happen.
