Can you run the Connection Quality Report again? As before, if you are on a wireless connection, disconnects and lag are going to happen.

This is not about disconnection or lags.
I am consistently getting kicked out of EA servers.
Could you please check if there is any issue with my licenses ? Maybe the country where I live has some certain protocols that I do not obey in a compliant way.

I’ve been having connection issues for a few weeks. My match history shows disconnects happening with much less than 27% packet loss. This stuff didn’t happen with FC24. How is this still being explained as a user problem?

I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Make sure you have played several matches over a wired connection before running this test. Thank you.
