Persistent EA server connection issues

Hello everyone, I am getting constant server issues where it kicks me out of an online game in seasons, UT, and also clubs. I don't understand what the real issue here is. I have done all the checks...

Thank you. Again, there is an excellent chance this is happening due to being on a wireless connection. How far from the router are you? With having 27% packet loss, I'm assuming you're on another floor or in a room that is pretty far from the router.

I’ve been having connection issues for a few weeks. My match history shows disconnects happening with much less than 27% packet loss. This stuff didn’t happen with FC24. How is this still being explained as a user problem?

I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Make sure you have played several matches over a wired connection before running this test. Thank you.
