Persistent Menu Lag and Freezing in Ultimate Team on PS5
Dear EA Support,
I am experiencing significant menu lag and freezing while playing EA Sports FC 25 on my PlayStation 5, specifically in the Ultimate Team mode. The issues occur during various actions, including:
• Navigating through the menus (e.g., switching squad pages, browsing the store, or completing SBCs).
• Opening packs in the store, where loading screens appear and sometimes never go away.
• Occasionally, the game freezes completely, requiring a restart.
I have tried the following steps to resolve the problem, but the issues persist:
1. Restarting my console.
2. Checking for and installing all game and system updates.
3. Ensuring my internet connection is stable (I use a wired connection).
4. Clearing the console’s cache.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Is there an ongoing server or optimization issue on PS5 that could be causing this?
