Players not showing up after halftime

I cant play a full match in career mode because players dont come back for the second half. Also, when someone scores a goal, the players are all standing still in the replay. I tried to simulate and go to another game, but it happens in every game I'm going to play. I've tried all the solutions on the internet and nothing works. I've already reinstalled the game and nothing happens.
