Playtime / matches reset with every game restart (PC)

I've been playing UT for a couple of days now, and I've realized that the counter for playtime and the matches I've played resets every time I close the game. This is both for the counter in the game...

Same issue, i play 10 games a day and if i'm lucky it will say i have played 1.

still no transfermarket after several days of playing, i'm scared the playtime not registering is toying with unlocking the transfermarket in the app.

honestly don't even know why they think that is a good idea. counterfeits the whole idea of the app for me since i can't even use it.
