Please Help - My Playing 11 is not present in the club

HI ..&nbsp;I have already reached out to the customer care executive and already sent a mail with all details.&nbsp;I just finished Bale SBC last night and last week bought FC points to complete Dembele EVO.&nbsp;All my players - playing 11 are not present in the club today when I logged in at 3:50 IST, instead a totw pick was present.&nbsp; Am not sure how that has happened, please help me with my players back or else I will have to stop playing and request refund as it doesn't make sense to continue as my entire team is gone&nbsp;I still have the TOTW player pick , I have not even opened it.&nbsp;Please help, requesting for your support ...feeling so lost and helpless here&nbsp;

Brother I have already opened the case, have begged the agents to look into this matter .. But the initially said no fix and then they have moved it on IN PROGRESS

Can you please help, its too depressing :(
