Points I redeemed not in my account
I recently bought fc points on Amazon and redeemed them on the EA website. The codes successfully worked and I can confirm it accepted the codes on the website so it isn’t a provider issue. It has been 3 full days since I did that and the points have still not gotten to my account. Can anyone help me with this? Who can I contact or do I just need to wait longer? I have attempted to contact ea help but the emails don’t go anywhere and I can find a discussion that gets you access to a live chat. Any help is appreciated

So you redeemed them on the EA website and didn't get any errors, right? I also see that you have this tagged as PlayStation, so I'm guessing you play there, is that correct?
If it is, then unfortuantely I already see the issue. The points you bought were for PC, not PlayStation. So while you likely do have your points, you can't use them since they're on the wrong platform. Unfortunately there's no way to transfer them between platforms. I'd recommend reaching out to Amazon to see if they can arrange a replacement code, and to be more careful about what platform you buy codes for in the future.
