Poor gameplay

My game is having what feels like input lag. Tried all sorts to try and resolve this but nothing works. I’ve had this issue for the majority of the game, I was advised to clear the alternative MAC address which did fix this until the game had an update and now that doesn’t fix it and neither does anything else they recommend.
