Pro Clubs crashes when loading for everyone in my club

Having the exact same issue for my entire club... EA help only tries to trouble shoot my system but this is affecting myself on PC, my friends who are across XSX & PS5 and ONLY affecting those who are members of our club. Have you had any luck by chance?
We literally ONLY play pro clubs on this game. This has ruined it for us.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you were logged into one of our accounts or a member of our club, you'd open the "Clubs" menu from the main menu and the game would simply crash. That's it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Entire game closes down upon opening pro clubs across all of our platforms. It simply freezes then closes.
What should be happening instead? Pro Clubs menu should open. This isn't going into a game, this is accessing the main menu on pro clubs.

Pro Clubs is completely broken for our club. Something has happened to our club where ANYONE who is a member immediately has their game crash when they click on clubs. We have all uninstalled and re-installed, we're ALL on different platforms. We ALL used different networks.
It's not a network issue, it's not a platform issue, it's not a system issue, it's PRO CLUBS and our CLUB that's bugged. There are MANY other players spanning over weeks and months on the forums with NO answers. Many of which have unfortunately quit because they only play for Pro Clubs.
Really holding out for anyone from EA actually responding and giving some sort of a solution that isn't the same tech support process we've been guided down a few times now.

No, we haven't received any help at all besides weeks of EA Help live chat advisors giving template responses about how the issue is "almost resolved".

No one has bothered to respond to us on this forum. Clubs is pretty much the only game mode we play and we haven't been able to do so for almost a month.

Of course not, Clubs isn’t their cash cow, FUT is. 
I booted up the game to test it yesterday and there’s this “new” bug/game reporting web page you access via QR code. I submitted the same complaints hoping for some sort of a response, this was the QR code in case you’re interested 

Pro clubs has been crashing the game for everyone in my club for over 6 weeks now, literally spent £60 on this game just for pro clubs and haven’t been able to use it for half the time it’s been out.

even in existing threads with moderators and tech support actively communicating, the moment this is brought up we all get ignored. 
We haven’t played at all for the better part of two and a half weeks now, not sure if it was this thread or another (I didn’t check before replying) but there was another player who commented and they’re going on 6 weeks. 
EA has always been anti-consumer but this is really messed up. I’m really considering a charge back for my last few months of EA PRO and cancelling it, but I’m holding out on a shred of hope 🥲
