Community ManagerHey bengalskiy777 Please try lowering the game's graphical settings and testing it again. Additionally, cap the FPS to 30 or 60Hz as a refresh rate and see if that makes any difference.
Disable also in-game overlay from the EA app: 1. Open the EA App and log in. 2. Click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner. 3 . Select "Application Settings." Go to the "In-Game Overlay" section. 5. Toggle off the "Enable In-Game Overlay" option. 6. Restart the EA App and launch the game.
Hello! Thank you, the problem has been partially solved, I can finally control the players almost calmly. But periodically I still couldn't do it, there were often freezes, and after the freezes I couldn't control the players for some time. Even without freezes there were moments when I couldn't do it.
When I decided to try to turn on V-SYNC, it seemed like there were fewer freezes, the players could be controlled more or less calmly, but there are still freezes, and they interfere with normal control of the players, therefore, they interfere with normal play of the game.
Is there any solution that will help remove freezes in the game?
